CV90 is a family of Swedish infantry fighting vehicles.
The CV90 was developed since 1984 by the Hägglunds company, owned by the British BAE Systems, by order of the Swedish Land Forces for a family of vehicles for various purposes on a single chassis. Serial production of the CV90 began in 1993. A total of about 1,400 vehicles in various modifications were produced, most of which were exported to other countries.
In addition to several variants of infantry fighting vehicles, a number of specialized armored combat vehicles have also been developed based on the CV90, including a light tank with a 120 mm smoothbore gun. Norwegian, Danish and Swedish CV90s were used in combat operations duri
