The client (hereinafter - the User) undertakes to provide FOP Peskova G.M. (hereinafter - the Owner) with true, accurate and complete information about himself on the issues proposed in the registration form, and to keep this information up to date if necessary . If the User provides incorrect information or the Owner has serious reasons to believe that the information provided by the Client is incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate, the Owner has the right to suspend or cancel the registration, or completely deny the User further processing of the order.
The user confirms that, acting of his own free will and in his own interest, he consents to the processing of his personal data provided to the Owner for the benefit of his identification.
The User's personal data, provided to the Owner during his registration in accordance with the current legislation on the protection of personal data, shall not be transferred to third parties without the written permission of the User, except for cases expressly provided for by the current legislation, or on the basis of court decisions of the User's country of residence or persons specified in clause 11 of this Agreement.
At the same time, the User gives consent to the provider of electronic communication services of mobile communication, under whose subscriber number he receives such services, to transfer to the Owner information about the provided electronic communication services exclusively for the purpose defined in clauses 5 and 8 of this Agreement.
The owner uses personal information only:
- to register the User on the website of the online store;
- to fulfill its obligations to the User and his identification;
- to evaluate and analyze the operation of the online store;
- to determine the possibility of the User's participation in promotions held by the Owner.

The owner of the database does not transfer personal data to third parties without the prior consent of the User. The owner of the database does not receive the consent of the subject of personal data on the transfer of his personal data in cases provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine.

The user has all the rights regarding the protection of his personal data provided by the current legislation of Ukraine, in particular, the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data", namely:

- receive information about the conditions for providing access to personal data, in particular, information about third parties to whom his personal data contained in the personal data base are transferred;
- to access your personal data contained in the relevant personal data base, including through the interface of the above sites;
- receive no later than 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided by law, information on whether his personal data is stored in the relevant personal data base, as well as receive the contents of his personal data that are stored.
- present a reasoned demand with an objection to the processing of your personal data by state authorities, local self-government bodies in the exercise of their powers provided for by law;
- present a reasoned demand for the change or destruction of your personal data by any owner and administrator of this database, if these data are processed illegally or are not reliable;

- address issues of protection of your rights regarding personal data to state authorities, local self-government bodies, whose powers include the protection of personal data;
- apply legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on the protection of personal data.
