Photo-etch kit for PZL 37 Łoś, IBG72IN09

PZL.37 Łoś is a Polish medium bomber developed in the mid-thirties at the PZL plant in Warsaw by Jerzy Dąbrowski. The early A version was equipped with a single vertical stabilizer, while the later A and B versions had an improved dual tail. A total of 10 (out of approximately 100) aircraft with one stabilizer were produced. Serial production of the Los aircraft began in 1938. At the time of its construction, the Los was one of the most advanced bombers in the world. PZL.37 aircraft were used by the Polish Air Force during the war against Germany in September 1939. 26 of them were later withdrawn to Romania, and after that they were confiscated and used as part of the 4th Group of the Romanian Air Force. Germany and the Soviet Union also tested captured aircraft.
