Description
Piracy still fascinates people. Who does not know the history of the 16th-18th centuries, when lawless pirates did evil, especially in the Caribbean and off the coast of South America. They treacherously attacked ships in search of gold, silver and coins, only to disappear again under the cover of darkness. The pirates hid their loot in safe hiding places on one of the many small hidden islands. There they found refuge from the warships of the Spaniards, the British and the Portuguese. The pirates had their own laws. Their sign of recognition is the "Jolly Roger", the world famous pirate flag.
