The first prototypes of the car were made in 1938, shortly after that mass production began. The tank was equipped with one engine. GAZ T-26 with a power of 91 hp The length of the wagon was about 4.6 meters with a width of about 2.4 meters. The OT-130 was built on the basis of the T-26 tank of the 1933 model.
