T-55 is a Soviet medium tank. Created on the basis of the T-54 tank. Produced from 1958 to 1979. The world's first mass-produced tank equipped with an automatic anti-nuclear defense system (PAZ) is a pioneer of a new generation of combat vehicles capable of conducting combat operations in the conditions of the use of nuclear weapons.
