The Packard Twelve passenger car was developed in the early 1930s. It became the top of the Packard model range. This car had a V-shaped 12-cylinder engine with a capacity of 175 hp.
Series 14 cars have been in production since 1936. Some cars with a 144-inch wheelbase (series 1408) had closed 7-seat Limousine bodies. Some of these machines were purchased for the Soviet special garage, which was maintained by the government. The Packard Twelve armored car, ordered by the USA, was used during the Second World War by I.V. Stalin.
