Magazine French Armored Vehicles WWII Painting and Weathering Guide by Tamiya AK-interactive AK130027 with delivery throughout Ukraine and stores in Kiev and Odessa.
English. 108 pages. Softcover.
The French campaign began on May 10, 1940 with the invasion of the German army in the Netherlands. After five weeks of fighting, it ended with the collapse of the French army.
In the public imagination, this defeat, which is often mistakenly described as a complete rout, is blamed on outdated equipment, which was allegedly inferior to the equipment of the German military. In reality, this was not the case, since the Wehrmacht lost half of its tanks and aircraft during these five weeks of fighting. Most of the records from that period come from the Propaganda Company and mostly depict destroyed or abandoned French tanks.
