Typ-770K (W-150) Cabriolet F (7-passenger Touring) The Typ 770, also known as the Großer Mercedes (large Mercedes), was a large luxury car produced by Mercedes-Benz from 1930 to 1943. The 770 was introduced as a successor to the MB Typ 630 with internal code W07 in 1930. The 770K (Kompressor) was substantially redesigned in 1938, leading to a new internal designation of W150. In 1938, the huge W150 was the most expensive German passenger car at the time. 88 W150 series cars (including armored cars) were built before chassis production ended in 1943.
