The Mercedes-Benz 320 (W142) passenger car, developed by Daimler-Benz AG, began to be produced in 1937. The car had a six-cylinder engine with a volume of 3.2 or 3.4 liters and a power of 78 horsepower, it had independent suspension and hydraulic brakes at the front and rear. This elegant and respectable model was produced with short or long wheelbases, and it also had different body designs. The body version in the Cabriolet version was produced in a version with a long wheelbase. The four-seater version of this version had two doors and four side windows, and was designated Mercedes-Benz 320 Cabriolet B. The roof of the car was soft and could be folded out to protect from the weather.
