One of the most numerous and famous cars in world history was the Model T, produced by the Ford Motor Company. It became the first production car available for the middle class. The first Model T was built on September 27, 1908. It had a four-cylinder engine with a capacity of 22.5 hp. Mass production began at the Highland Park Ford Plant in Michigan beginning in 1914. From 1908 to 1927, 1,500,7003 cars were produced. Model T cars were produced in various types, most notably as light delivery cars in 1912.
