Combat helicopter (1997, USA) Apache AH-64 D Brit. Army/US Army update

The AH-64D Longbow Apache is currently the most advanced, versatile and most heavily armed combat helicopter in the world. This updated version of Apache was used extremely effectively by the US Army in the Gulf Wars of 1991 and 2003. The DasLangstrecken radar can be used for self-defense, but is also capable of accurately detecting and identifying up to 128 enemies with up to 1,000 potential targets and automatic prioritization for the attack mode of up to 16 Hellfire missiles. The Longbow system consists primarily of a fire control radar which is located on a mast on a rotor. The British Army uses 60 Westland WAH-64D Apaches which have been further modified for British interests. Dutch aviation, military forces use more of this combat helicopter.
