The Panzerjager-Triebwagen 51 was equipped with 7.5 cm KwK L/48 guns (in the Panzer IV/H) which provided enough firepower for anti-tank use. In total, three such cars were made (No. 51–53), and all of them were found at the plant by the Allied forces.
