Peasant archers are conscripted from among the lowly serfs of the Bretonnian duchies, who are expected to take up their longbows and engage enemies unworthy of a knight's attention from afar. Most peasants are trained in the use of a bow from a young age, but to ensure their numbers are counted on the battlefield, these archers form into large squads that fire volley after volley of arrows at the enemy.
This buildable plastic kit makes 36 Peasant Archers, the humble archers of the Kingdom of Bretonnia. Each of these summoned soldiers is armed with a powerful longbow, and comes with four sets of defensive stakes on separate bases to protect against cavalry. The kit comes with two command sections, each including a Standard Bearer, a Musician with a choice of instruments, and a Villen Champion, allowing you to field two regiments of 18 models or a massive block of 36 models.
