"Oka" (GRAU index - 9K714, according to NATO classification - SS-23 Spider-A, according to the INF Treaty - OTR-23) - a Soviet operational-tactical missile complex developed in the 1970s. It partially replaced the 9K72 "Elbrus" complexes. The complex included a 9P71 launcher, which launched the 9M714 ballistic missile.
In accordance with the Treaty on the Elimination of Intermediate-Range and Shorter-Range Missiles, the complexes were eliminated.
