76-mm self-propelled gun M18 "Hellcat" (English 76 mm Gun Motor Carriage M18, Hellcat) is an American light anti-tank self-propelled artillery installation of the United States of the Second World War. Unlike most self-propelled guns of that time, it was created on a special chassis, and not on the basis of a tank. During serial production from July 1943 to October 1944, 2,507 copies were produced.
