M114 is an American armored personnel carrier, developed on the basis of the M113, which was used as a combat vehicle, a combat reconnaissance vehicle, and was used by the armed mechanized troops of the US Army. The combat vehicle was developed by General Motors' Cadillac company in the early 1960s as a powerful reconnaissance armored vehicle that worked alongside the M113 armored personnel carrier.
