Leopard 1 - the main battle tank of Germany until 1980. The tank is still in service with the armies of various countries of the world and is constantly being modernized.
In 2006, Canada's fifteen Leopard C2 main battle tanks were reinforced with MEXAS mounted armor for use in Afghanistan. From December 2006 to July 2011, tanks were successfully used to fight the enemy, protect convoys and other tasks.
