Cruiser tank Mk.III (Eng. Tank Cruiser Mk.III), A13 - British cruiser tank of the 1930s, light in weight.
Serial production of the A13Mk.II MkIV winged tank began in June of 1939. Mk. The Type IV is roughly the same as the earlier Mk. III type. However, the turret's frontal armor was increased to 30 mm and additional side armor was added.
Thanks to this, the tower became larger and acquired a more modern look, but the equipment remained the same.
The first 30 MkIV tank gun shields were equipped with protective armor, which is also a standard feature of the transition from MkIII to MkIV tanks. Later, the thickness of the armor and gun shield on the front of the tank also increased.
