Length of the finished model: 505 mm.

The T-34/85 was designed with sloped armor patterned after the T-34 and with a long barreled 75 mm (2.95 in) gun that matched the Soviet 76.2 mm (3 in) gun.
Despite the external resemblance and the use of the same automotive components, the T-34/85 has undergone a major upgrade with a new three-man turret, the same as on the KV-85. The new weapon was the 85 mm (3.34 in) D-5T85 dual-purpose cannon (later replaced by the ZIS-S53), which could fire projectiles capable of penetrating 102 mm (4 in) armor at a distance of 1,000 m (3,280 ft).
