The 152-mm gun M1935 (Br-2) is a Soviet heavy 152.4-mm gun, produced in limited quantities by the Barikady plant in Stalingrad in the late 1930s. The most unusual feature of the gun was its tracked carriage, which was used by a number of Soviet heavy artillery systems of the interwar period. Despite a number of shortcomings, primarily limited mobility and a short barrel life, the weapon was used throughout the German-Soviet war; The modernized version with a wheeled carriage, the Br-2M, remained in service at least until the 1970s.
