A-222 "Bereg" is a Russian 130-mm self-propelled coastal artillery mount, developed in the 1980s and first presented to the public in 1993 at an arms exhibition in Abu Dhabi.
The Bereg artillery system consists of one combat control vehicle (CPU), combat support vehicle (MOBD) and up to six weapon systems (ACS). All of them are mounted on wheeled all-terrain vehicles with an 8x8 wheel formula, providing excellent mobility.
The AK-130 cannon is mounted on a MAZ-543 wheeled vehicle with an 8x8 wheel formula and is designed to destroy surface ships and high-speed boats, as well as ground targets. It is capable of hitting targets within 1–2 m
