Description
This book is the second volume dedicated to the Iraqi Army's military equipment captured in 1991 during the Gulf War.
In February 1991, the Iraqi army suffered heavy losses during the coalition air campaign and ground offensive, but much of the military equipment was simply abandoned intact in the Kuwaiti desert and captured by allied forces.
The huge loot included tanks, armored personnel carriers, infantry fighting vehicles, reconnaissance vehicles, self-propelled guns, self-propelled anti-aircraft systems….
Before being shipped to the US or UK, they were collected in the Kuwait Theater of Operations (KTO) or in giant landfills located in Saudi Arabia.
