The Isuzu 117 Coupé is a compact 2-door fastback coupe of the Gran Turismo type, which was produced by the Japanese car manufacturer Isuzu between 1968 and 1981. The 117 is the code name for Isuzu's overall mid-size vehicle development program, which includes a coupe, sedan and wagon. The latter two later became the Isuzu Florian, but the coupé retained the original name, and both models shared mechanicals, including a full FR chassis with recirculating ball-and-socket steering.
