Plastic model of the German aircraft carrier Weser in 1/350 scale, Trumpeter 05363.

The kit includes:
highly detailed model
hull and decks,
metal anchor chain,
decal,
scheme for coloring the model,
step-by-step instruction.

Finished Length: 629.8mm, Width: 106mm

The aircraft carrier DKM Weser was built during World War II in Germany on the basis of the fourth Admiral Hipper-class Seydlitz heavy cruiser. In June 1942, due to the lack of air strikes on the Atlantic Ocean in Germany and the amazing track record of submarines, Germany believed that it was no longer necessary to continue the production of surface ships, so the Seydlitz cruiser, with 95% completed engineering, was converted into an auxiliary aircraft carrier. The project lasted until June 1943, after Hitler ordered work to be suspended as the completion of the aircraft carrier conversion plan was abandoned. In 1945, the unfinished Weser sank in Königsberg due to the Soviet attack on Germany.
