The F-100 Super Saber was a supersonic jet fighter that served with the US Air Force. the first flight was on 25 May 1953, followed by the first production F-100 on 9 October 1953. The two-seat trainer F-100F entered service in 1958.
It retained largely the same armament and airframe upgrades as the F-100D.
