The UmiG-15 (MiG-15u) aircraft is a training model of the MiG-15 fighter produced by the former Soviet Union. The first test flight took place on May 23, 1949. The initial code name was I-312 (I-312), and after it was adopted by the troops, it was named Umig-15. The UmiG-15 aircraft received a front and rear double cockpit on the front part of the MiG-15 fuselage. The front cabin is for students, and the back cabin is for teachers.
