Panzerkampfwagen VIII "Maus" (("Maus" German "Mouse") (Sd.Kfz 205), another name - VK70.01/Porsche Type 205) is a super-heavy tank designed in the Third Reich between 1942 and 1945 under led by Ferdinand Porsche. It is the heaviest tank of all ever embodied in metal (combat weight - 188.9 tons). Only two copies of the car were built. They did not take part in hostilities. At the moment, only one Maus tank has survived in the world, assembled from parts of both copies, in the armored tank museum in Kubinka.
