This "Intense Red" fluorescent product is an enamel-based medium characterized by a vivid appearance, high opacity, intense color, and a matte finish.
Shake well, apply using the included brush, and allow to dry. Once dry, you can apply a saturated or fluorescent color over the top using an airbrush or brush (the product is compatible with all types of top-coat paints).
A precision brush is built into the cap.
