UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters began to enter service with the US Army in 1979. The first version was the UH-60A model, and other modifications were subsequently produced. UH-60 Black Hawks became the basis for helicopters for various purposes - transport, electronic warfare, naval multi-purpose, anti-submarine, medical and others. Their design allows for transformation, changing the composition of weapons, the configuration of the transport compartment and cabin equipment. The number of helicopters produced is about 5,000, they are used in more than 30 countries around the world - in Europe, Asia, South America and other regions.
