The MGM-52 Lance is an American mobile tactical ballistic missile "surface-to-surface", which was in service with the US Army from 1971 to 1993, capable of carrying both nuclear (including neutron bombs) and conventional (cluster or cumulative) warheads. It was replaced by the MGM-140 ATACMS and was used in various climatic conditions.
