M3 VTT (French: Véhicule de Transport de Troupes) is an amphibious armored personnel carrier. The M3 was built from the same mechanical and chassis components as the Panhard AML line of light armored cars (the interchangeability of automotive parts is 95%). The M3 is an extremely versatile design that can be configured for a variety of support roles on the battlefield.
