"Stalinets-65" (S-65) - a model of a tractor produced at the Chelyabinsk Tractor Plant from 1937 to 1941. The numbers in the title indicate the horsepower of the new M-17 diesel engine. S-65 was destined to become the first Soviet serial diesel tractor. It also became the first mass-produced diesel tractor in the world. Allegations of the alleged mass production of the Benz-Sendling S6 are false, this model of all types and modifications for the entire time of its production from 1924 to the early thirties was produced in an amount of a little more than a thousand units and was assembled in a volume of no more than two hundred copies per year, manufactured in artisanal workshops.
