Dimensions of the finished model: length 75 mm, width: 36 mm.
Created by the German firm Krauss-Maffei Wegmann and the Dutch SP Aerospace and Vehicle Systems BV. The first prototype of "Fennek" was completed in 2000, and its serial production began in 2001. The first model was adopted by the Netherlands in July 2003 and in Germany in December 2006.
