The Jagdpanzer IV (Sd.Kfz 162) was a German armored gun and tank destroyer from World War II. The first prototypes of the machine were made in 1943, and mass production continued in the period 1944-1945, completing the production of about 2000 machines. The Jagdpanzer IV was powered by a single Maybach HL 120 TRM engine with 300 hp. It was armed with 1 75 mm PaK 39 or PaK 42 cannon and 2 7.92 mm MG42 machine guns.
