Description
A pencil for creating various effects and pollution.
The length of the pencil is 17 cm, it can be sharpened even with an ordinary school sharpener.
The main methods of application:
- you can draw the effects we need (scratches, chips, dirt) on dry paper;
- can be applied and then blended with a brush dipped in water;
- you can wet the pencil in water and apply it to the desired areas, and then bring it to perfection with a wet brush.
