Since 1983, the American military used M270 missile launchers for the first time, NATO member states began to adopt a certain amount of M270 and gradually became NATO's standard weapon.
After all, the USA and European countries produced a total of about 1,300 units of the M270 and about 700,000 units of the missile compartment.
When in 2003, after the delivery of the last batch of M270 to the Egyptian army, the M270 was officially discontinued.
