The Focke-Wulf Fw 190A-8 was one of the last and most improved versions of the famous German Fw 190 fighter used during World War II.
The A-8 version used standard straight wings, which had certain improvements over previous versions. These wings provided excellent flight characteristics and stabilization at high speeds.
The Fw 190A-8 was equipped with two 20-mm MG 151/20 cannons and two 7.92-mm MG 17 machine guns. This combination provided greater firepower compared to earlier versions.
It used a BMW 801 D-2 engine, which provided considerable power and good speed.
This variant of the fighter was used in a variety of roles, including interception and ground attack, and proved its effectiveness on various fronts.
