The F-15E Strike Eagle is an American two-seat multi-role fighter, created on the basis of the F-15 Eagle. It was developed in the 1980s to carry out air strikes on highly protected targets without the use of escort aircraft or electronic warfare. The first flight of the F-15E took place on December 11, 1986.
Aircraft of this type were used in combat operations in Iraq, Yugoslavia, Afghanistan, Yemen and Libya. During these missions, the F-15E carried out airstrikes on critical targets, provided close support to allied forces, and conducted air patrols.
