BA-3 is a Soviet-built medium six-wheeled armored car. The first prototypes were built in 1934, and small-scale production lasted from 1934 to 1935 and ended with the release of about 180 machines. The car was equipped with a GAZ-A 40 hp carburetor engine. The main armament was 20K wz. 1932 caliber 45 mm was placed in a rotating turret, and auxiliary weapons were provided by 2 DT machine guns of 7.62 mm caliber. BA-3 was created as a successor to the BA-I car.
