Leichter Panzerspähwagen (M.G.), Sd.Kfz.221 - German light armored car of the 1930s. Developed by Eisenwerken Weserhütte in the early 1930s as a reconnaissance or staff vehicle.
Serial production was carried out from 1935 to September 1940, the total output was more than 340 cars.
The Sd.Kfz.221 was used by the German forces throughout the Second World War, gradually being replaced by the more advanced Sd.Kfz.222, a small number of which were also sold to other countries.
