BTR-152 is an armored personnel carrier created on the basis of components and units of the ZIS-151 truck. Entered service in 1950. The armored personnel carrier had an open top welded holding case. It was in serial production from 1950 to 1955.
The BTR-152V1 version (1957) is equipped with a night vision device and an improved tire pressure control system (air is supplied through the wheel hub).
