Willys MC is an all-terrain vehicle manufactured by the Willys company in 1949-1952. According to US standards, it belonged to the class of military light utility vehicles (military light utility vehicle), formally called 1⁄4-Ton (quarter ton), 4 x 4 , Utility Truck M38 (utility truck). Replaced the Willys MB and Ford GPW of WWII. In total, more than 60,000 cars were produced. M38. The civilian version of the M38 was the Jeep CJ-3A. The M38 differed from the civilian version, in particular, with a reinforced frame and suspension, a waterproof 24-volt electrical system, a closed crankcase ventilation system, a gearbox, transfer case, fuel and brake systems.
