The battleship "Markgraf" belonged to the "König" class of the Navy of Kaiser Germany during the First World War. "Markgraf" was laid down on AG "Vulcan" in Hamburg on October 3, 1911, launched on May 5, 1913 and commissioned on July 30, 1914.
