The 2K6 Luna tactical missile system was put into service in 1960. SPU 2P16 was created on the basis of the PT-76 amphibious tank.
The complex consists of a 2P16 SPU with 3R9/3R10 missiles, a transport vehicle and a self-propelled crane.
2K6 'Luna' was in service with the USSR from 1960 to 1982. Also used by Cuba, North Korea, Poland, etc.
