"Cougar" - developed in the Republic of South Africa, an American vehicle for transporting infantry with protection against mines and ambushes. Designed to protect against small arms, land mines and improvised explosive devices. It combines various materials and design features to protect the crew and engine compartment from various types of attacks. A monocoque with a V-shaped bottom that aims to direct the blast away from under the car. The Cougar comes in two basic configurations: 4×4 and 6×6. It is designed to transport and protect troops and equipment, especially against mines or IEDs. The two main configurations are presented in separate versions.
