BMP-3 is a Soviet and Russian armored combat tracked vehicle designed to transport personnel to the front line, increase their mobility, armament and security on the battlefield in conditions of the use of nuclear weapons and joint actions with tanks in battle. The combat vehicle was developed by the Kurgan Special Mechanical Engineering Design Bureau. BMP-3 is produced at Kurganmashzavod.
