The Bofors 40 mm L / 60 anti-aircraft gun is an anti-aircraft gun of the Swedish company Bofors, built before the outbreak of World War II. It was accepted by many countries of the world. Although the designs are already 70 years old, these weapons are still in use today. Throughout the entire period of production, the pistol has been modernized many times and produced in various modifications. The gun was installed on various land and sea bases, as well as on ground equipment. Produced in single, double and quadruple versions. The first Polish guns of this type were purchased from Sweden as early as 1936. Then the production of weapons was launched in Poland.
