"Jagdtiger" (German: Jagdtiger), the full official name of the Panzerjäger Tiger is a German self-propelled anti-tank artillery unit (ACS) of the Second World War period, a class of tank destroyers. According to the German departmental designation of military equipment, the Jagdtiger was indexed Sd.Kfz.186. The Jagdtigr was developed in 1942-1944 on the chassis of the Tiger II heavy tank and became the heaviest mass-produced armored vehicle of all time.
