T-28 - Soviet multi-turreted medium tank of the interwar period and the Great Patriotic War. The first prototypes of this machine were made in 1931-1932, and the machine entered service in 1933. During production, about 500 machines of this type were created. The combat weight of the tank was up to 28 tons. The drive was provided by one 12-cylinder carburetor engine with a power of up to 500 hp. The main armament consisted of one 76.2 mm KT-28 cannon and 4-5 7.62 mm DT machine guns.
